What You’ll Do
Lead Campaigns & Channels
- Own mailer and SMS campaigns tailored to patient segments.
- Develop and scale social media strategies (paid + organic).
- Oversee educational materials (print, digital, video).
- Manage branded welcome boxes for new patients.
Collaborate & Coordinate
- Work closely with clinical, product, operations, and leadership teams.
- Manage vendors and agencies for campaigns and creative execution.
- Provide mentorship and prioritization guidance to a Marketing Manager (not a direct report).
Drive Strategy & Performance
- Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across multiple channels.
- Report on KPIs and set up reporting processes for data-driven decisions.
- Test and explore new engagement strategies and marketing technologies.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8+ years in marketing, with proven success in multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, social, print).
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics, and segmentation.
- Exceptional project management and ability to juggle priorities.
- Leadership and communication skills; experience with onshore/offshore teams a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with creativity in execution.
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred but not required.
