We’re looking for a passionate Associate Creative Director to bring innovative ideas to life and drive impactful visual storytelling. Creative Direction: Lead and execute high-quality visual concepts for campaigns, branding, and digital content.
Supervise and guide the design team to maintain brand consistency and artistic excellence.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns.
Photoshoots & Production: Oversee photoshoots, video production, and creative asset development.
Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms—digital, social media, print, and OOH.
5+ years of experience in design/art direction (preferably in an agency setting).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
