Sales Development Representative

Join Townhall as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be a key part of our North America - GTM Team. This is a hunting role focused on outbound sales, where you'll take the lead in introducing our innovative event tech solutions to potential clients. From making cold calls to using other proactive methods, you’ll be engaging with prospects daily and driving interest in our products. You’ll thrive in a performance-driven and results-oriented environment, where accountability for your numbers is key. Day in the Life of an SDR:
Cold Calls & Outreach: Start your day with energy using a multi-channel outreach approach as you roll out emails, make cold calls and utilize social media to engage with potential clients, creating a buzz around our product.
Account Research: Spend time researching potential leads, understanding their business needs, and identifying how our solutions can help them succeed.
Prospecting: Get creative with targeted outreach across various channels to engage with decision-makers and stir up interest.
Pitch & Persuade: Deliver compelling pitches that clearly articulate the value of our B2B SaaS product, directly addressing prospects needs and securing booked meetings as a result.
Qualification: Qualify leads meticulously through discovery calls, ensuring they meet our predefined criteria, so only the best prospects move forward in the sales funnel.
What You Bring to the Table:
Graduation in any field
Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role.
Number-Driven: A strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets, with accountability for your performance.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with a natural interest in business development and a competitive spirit.
Familiarity with CRM & Prospecting Tools: Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot and prospecting tools like Apollo.io and Linkedin Sales navigator.
Passion for Technology: A genuine curiosity for technology and software solutions, always eager to learn about the latest innovations.
