Assistant Manager - Facilities & Admin

Responsibilities:

  • 5 to 6yrs of Experience in Soft Services(Invoices and Payments Management, MIS Management, Capital Management, Cafeteria and Vendor Management, Facility Management)
  • Need to have good coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge in MIS, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • A request needs to be raised with the vendor, as per the requirements provided by the stakeholders.
  • Good experience in Invoice for payment and staff management.
  • Preferably looking for localized candidates.
  • Working Days : 5 Days.

Reports to: Sr Manager -Facilities & Admin.

Reportees: Team size of 3

Shift timings : Rotational Shifts(7AM to 4PM/12:30 PM to 9.30PM/9:30PM to 6:30AM) IST with extendible hours.

Location: Surya Wave, Electronic City , Bengaluru.

Rounds of Interview : 2 (1st round would be Face to Face , 2nd round virtual -Microsoft Teams)
