Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 5-8 experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, ITSM, integration, Scripting with any of the modules:- ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, ITOM, SecOps and CustomApps. This role involves developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that align with our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM to streamline IT service management processes.
- Provide expertise in ServiceNow ITAM to manage and optimize IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Implement ServiceNow HRSD to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
- Utilize ServiceNow FSM to enhance field service management and ensure timely service delivery.
- Leverage ServiceNow CSM to improve customer service management and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Apply ServiceNow GRC to ensure governance risk and compliance management across the organization.
- Utilize ServiceNow ITOM to optimize IT operations management and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions with existing systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of ServiceNow modules.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.
