We aim to make credit accessible and stress-free for everyone no paperwork, no long waits.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships to lead and execute our strategic partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills who can drive revenue and business expansion through strategic alliances.Key Responsibilities:,- Develop and implement the company’s partnership strategy aligned with business goals.- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-value strategic partners.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.- Lead partnership negotiations, contracts, and agreements to maximise mutual value.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) for successful partnership execution.- Monitor, analyse, and report on partnership performance and ROI.- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.- Lead, mentor, and manage the partnerships team.Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management.- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth through partnerships.- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.- Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimise partnership performance.Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management.Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
