Job Overview:
The General Manager - Operations will Head and oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service, efficient management, and profitability. The role involves strategizing, team leadership, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee end-to-end operations of F&B outlets, including company Owned or Franchisee restaurants, cafes, kiosks, and delivery services.
Managing Pan India Franchise outlets and Existing Stores
Managing NSO Team Uplifting the Performance of the stores.
Setting monthly Targets for unit stores and ensuring they achieve the same.
Should have knowledge Outlets Operating from Central Kitchen.
Should be have Execution abilities of tasks assigned and over all operations management.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Develop and implement operational policies to maximize efficiency and service quality.
Manage supply chain and inventory to minimize costs and wastage.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring a high-performance culture.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, resolve challenges, and provide feedback.
Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Customer Experience:
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively.
Gather and analyze guest feedback to improve service and offerings.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets for operations and control expenditures.
Analyze financial performance and take corrective measures to achieve targets.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue and optimize costs.
Strategic Planning:
Work closely with senior management to align operations with business goals.
Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, menu engineering, and service innovations.
Identify and implement new revenue streams, such as catering services or delivery partnerships.
Vendor & Partner Management:
Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and events.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including licensing and food safety laws.
Provide detailed operational reports to the management, including KPIs and performance metrics.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10–12 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of industry trends, customer behavior, and operational best practices.
Proven experience in managing multiple outlets/units.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
Proficiency in operational tools and software, including POS systems and CRM platforms.
