Responsibilities
Provide technical support of our products and solutions to global clients of Condensator Dominit
Work as support coordinator to collaborate between our local support team based in Ahmedabad and core engineering team based in Germany.
Offer First Level support to clients through customer service software such as Zen Desk Service Management Platform.
Allocate higher level support tasks to our support team in timely manner
Prepare SOP documentation or instruction for support, troubleshooting, bug fixes, etc.
Troubleshooting of the problems concerning overall systems.
Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering. Other near equivalent education and experience will be considered
2-5 years of hands-on or practical experience with PLC / HMI / Graphic User Interface
Experience with B&R HMI system is advantageous
Experience with service management platform such as Zen Desk is preferred
Programming skills such as Ladder Programing, FBD and Structured Text are necessary
Experience with serial communication protocols such as MODBUS, CAN bus is preferred
Excellent soft skills preferred
Effective communication skills, particularly in English, is very essential
Salary Expectation: 3.5 to 4 LPA
