Driven by a passion for delivering smart end-to-end solutions, this team plays a key role in Epsilon’s success story.The Lead, User Experience Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, data-driven experiences across Epsilon’s growing suite of internal and client-facing platforms. Reporting to the Director of Product Design and working alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists in UX, UI, Research, Engineering, and QA, this designer will contribute to a unique, design-forward culture where user experience is a core pillar of product development. With opportunities to influence high-impact digital advertising tools, mentor junior designers, and work across cross-functional teams, this role offers a chance to grow as a strategic design leader within a company that values innovation, collaboration, and best-in-class user experiences.Click here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision and 1 Voice.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Achieve:Combine user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to build wireframes and prototypes that thoughtfully demonstrate useful, usable, and desirable design concepts and functionality.Apply user-centered design principles and practices to help create efficient and user-friendly interactive digital products.Conduct, document, and internalize user research using industry-accepted methodologies and documentation strategies including user personas, site maps, user flows, interviews, card sorting, competitive audits, and market research.Remain up-to-speed with the latest developments in the practice / profession of design.Participate in cross-functional project team meetings to help define business requirements while being a strong advocate for and voice of the Product Design team / subject area.Enforce and evolve CORE UI, Epsilon’s enterprise design system, and work within WCAG accessibility standards.Independently conduct and oversee formal usability testing on projects across the broader organization.Contribute to, and aid in conducting, design critiques and help mentor / coach more junior designers.Partner with other disciplines, both within and outside the Product Design team, to ensure quality throughout the project development lifecycle.Qualifications:What you’ll bring with you:Seven (7) or more years of experience working within (an) established UX team(s).Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.In-depth knowledge of UX standard processes and the ability to empathize with users.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Good sense of visual design.Ability to turn off bias and accept feedback as wireframes and prototypes evolve.High-level knowledge of how front-end and/or back-end web development technologies work, specifically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.An accessible online portfolio showcasing outstanding samples of design work.Why you might stand out from other talentEager to learn and grow within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary design team.Comfortable receiving feedback and applying it constructively to iterate on designs.Familiar with basic user-centered design principles and design thinking methods.Able to contribute to research, wireframing, and prototyping in support of product goals.Possesses a foundational understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Interested in designing for accessibility and inclusive user experiences.Demonstrates curiosity about data-driven decision making and emerging UX trends.
