Driven by a passion for delivering smart end-to-end solutions, this team plays a key role in Epsilon's success story.The Lead, User Experience Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, data-driven experiences across Epsilon's growing suite of internal and client-facing platforms. Reporting to the Director of Product Design and working alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists in UX, UI, Research, Engineering, and QA, this designer will contribute to a unique, design-forward culture where user experience is a core pillar of product development. With opportunities to influence high-impact digital advertising tools, mentor junior designers, and work across cross-functional teams, this role offers a chance to grow as a strategic design leader within a company that values innovation, collaboration, and best-in-class user experiences.Click here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision and 1 Voice.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Achieve:- Combine user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to build wireframes and prototypes that thoughtfully demonstrate useful, usable, and desirable design concepts and functionality. - Apply user-centered design principles and practices to help create efficient and user-friendly interactive digital products. - Conduct, document, and internalize user research using industry-accepted methodologies and documentation strategies including user personas, site maps, user flows, interviews, card sorting, competitive audits, and market research. - Remain up-to-speed with the latest developments in the practice / profession of design. - Participate in cross-functional project team meetings to help define business requirements while being a strong advocate for and voice of the Product Design team / subject area. - Enforce and evolve CORE UI, Epsilon's enterprise design system, and work within WCAG accessibility standards. - Independently conduct and oversee formal usability testing on projects across the broader organization. - Contribute to, and aid in conducting, design critiques and help mentor / coach more junior designers. - Partner with other disciplines, both within and outside the Product Design team, to ensure quality throughout the project development lifecycle.Qualifications:What you'll bring with you:- Seven (7) or more years of experience working within (an) established UX team(s). - Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field preferred. - In-depth knowledge of UX standard processes and the ability to empathize with users. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Good sense of visual design. - Ability to turn off bias and accept feedback as wireframes and prototypes evolve. - High-level knowledge of how front-end and/or back-end web development technologies work, specifically HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - An accessible online portfolio showcasing outstanding samples of design work.Why you might stand out from other talent- Eager to learn and grow within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary design team. - Comfortable receiving feedback and applying it constructively to iterate on designs. - Familiar with basic user-centered design principles and design thinking methods. - Able to contribute to research, wireframing, and prototyping in support of product goals. - Possesses a foundational understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Interested in designing for accessibility and inclusive user experiences. - Demonstrates curiosity about data-driven decision making and emerging UX trends.
