We are currently hiring for Regional Manager- Career Services in New DelhiImportant Notes:This role will be based out of our Office in New Delhi & requires travelling locally for Client Meetings.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIESCampus RecruitmentTo build relations with recruiters in the North region of India.Track and manage corporate visits to Mumbai campus.To work with the campus placement team to manage placement process of all programs.Ownership of campus experience for both recruiters and studentsMeet targets set for the region.OTHER INSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESOther areas of Business DevelopmentIdentify recruiters for corporate sponsorship of events on campus.Local support for Institutional EventsProvide support to admission teams of various programmes at Delhi.Support Institution’s marketing activities for full time programs.Institute Representative for Delhi Chapter Alumni EventsExperience & Capabilities:Minimum 7 years’ experience in Business development, sales, or relevant roleExperience in customer acquiring and relationship management will also be consideredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism and competence in dealing with a variety of individuals.Ability to manage conflicting priorities.Key
