This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to work in a US shift to cater to international clients.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive IT service and product sales across global markets.- Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage end-to-end client acquisition.- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to senior leadership.- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- 5–8 years of proven experience in IT sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/team lead role.- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and global sales processes.- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.- Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment.- Based in Nagpur and open to working in US shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST).What We Offer:- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work with global clients and cutting-edge IT solutions.- Career growth and leadership development opportunities.- A dynamic and collaborative work culture.
