Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team on all post-sales activities to ensure seamless customer experiences. Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement. Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on CRM activities and customer insights for management review. Lead Prioritization: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize high-potential leads.
