Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Domestic Voice Process

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (Work from Home option after 3 months based on performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to delivering the best customer experience. Whether you're a fresher or have a little BPO experience, if you're dedicated, enthusiastic, and eager to grow, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle upto 100 inbound calls daily, providing top-notch customer service and resolving issues effectively.
  • Adhere to established procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient problem resolution.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in office-based connect sessions and fun activities every 2 months (when working from home).
  • 6 days a week working with rotational week-offs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Languages: Fluency in English and one additional language:
  • Option 1: English, Marathi
  • Option 2: English, Telugu, Hindi
  • Option 3 : English, Bengali
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 20 WPM.
  • Education: Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree).
  • Experience:
  • Freshers : 0-11 months of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Experienced Candidates : BPO experience (up to 2 years) will be considered.

Training/Work Mode:

  • Comprehensive 3-month training program
  • Work-from-home option: Based on performance after 3 months of training.
