Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into active clients.
- Identify and explore new lead generation channels—both online and offline.
- Lead and execute offline sales campaigns, community activations, and local partnerships.
- Track and nurture leads through the sales funnel with a consultative and empathetic approach.
- Understand customer needs and recommend personalized fitness and wellness packages.
- Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.
- Maintain accurate records and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2C sales, with a proven track record of lead conversion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in creating structured sales pipelines.
- Confident in cold calling, upselling, and long-term relationship building.
- Mandatory: Prior experience or deep understanding of the fitness and wellness industry.
