Designation : Employer Branding Consultant Location: Bangalore - 3 days office mandatory General shift : 9:30 am to 6:30 Pm Years of Experience : 6 + years about Randstad Enterprise Solutions Randstad Enterprise Solutions — including Randstad Sourceright, Randstad Enterprise Group and Randstad Rise Smart — provides solutions and expertise that help enterprise clients position for growth, execute on strategy and improve business agility. Working across the broad spectrum of Randstad Enterprise Solutions, the collective experience of the teams encompasses all facets of the global talent spectrum, from the acquisition of talent to skilling and coaching to outplacement solutions. Enabled by innovative technologies, key offerings include HR and recruitment solutions, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), managed services programs (MSP), statement of work (SOW), outplacement, skilling/coaching and total talent solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Knowledge & experience: ● Advanced knowledge and experience of the Bengaluru tech talent market (product, engineering, data) – as a recruiter and as employer branding expert. ● Knowledge of employer branding tools and methods to succeed in brand positioning on the Bengaluru tech labour market. ● Knowledge and experience of event management (both organising external and internal events) with providers and internal specialists. ● Knowledge of candidate behaviours and labour market trends in that can help IKEA to gain insights to better attract, develop and retain co-workers 2. Motivation 1 ● Passionate about people, Dedicated to contributing to great candidate and coworker experience, ● Ambassador of the IKEA culture and values, ● Enjoy working in a vibrant and changing multi- dimensional environment, ● Appreciate the mix of strategic, tactical and operational tasks. 3. Capabilities ● Mature person that demonstrates general leadership ability and effectiveness in handling multiple priorities, initiatives, interfaces and tasks, ● Takes action without needing direction from others – ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player, ● Applies business knowledge and leverage best practices to achieve organisational goals and objectives, ● Develops collaborative relationships and able to handle multiple stakeholders, ● Expresses ideas and opinions effectively - with ability to influence and inspire. Job responsibilities: Work with global EVP Leader, local business leaders, local recruiters to run global and local, external and internal Employer branding initiatives for Digital Hub in Banyanhult, Bengaluru. Main activities (but not limited with below): ● Organise participation in external career fairs, conferences, community forums, etc. to brand IKEA as an attractive digital employer and attract candidates to apply to open roles, ● Organise global Ingka events on Banyanhult level – Digital Hej Day and Digital Sharing Days, ● Organise local events in Banyanhult – invite communities, cool speakers, run Hackatons, etc (to be defined with the local leaders/co-worker groups and global EVP leader) with the purpose of co-worker engagement and retention
