We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The role involves identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-caliber talent for our Semiconductor Fabrication and OSAT operations, covering both technical and functional domains. You’ll be responsible for driving proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging modern recruitment tools, and ensuring Tata Electronics continues to attract the best minds in the semiconductor ecosystem. Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads and Hiring Managers to understand talent requirements across semiconductor fabrication, OSAT, components, and allied engineering functions. Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract niche and high-demand semiconductor talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and industry networks. Build and manage strong candidate pipelines for both immediate and future roles — from process engineers to test specialists, technicians, and manufacturing experts. Conduct candidate research and mapping for critical roles in fabrication, assembly, test, packaging, and quality domains. Maintain accurate candidate data, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making. Collaborate with HRBPs and TA teams to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate experience. Stay updated with market trends, competitor hiring, and evolving semiconductor talent landscapes. Proactive and strategic in sourcing niche semiconductor talent. Strong understanding of semiconductor and manufacturing domains. Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Boolean search. Data-driven with ability to track and report key sourcing metrics. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ~2–4 years of experience in onboarding or HR operations, preferably in a multi-location setup. ~ Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.). ~
