Job Role : Process Manager - Cyber Crime & Quality Audit
Location : Mumbai
Working Days : 5 Days
Work Mode : Work From Office
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
In responsible for coordinating the overall operations of the cybercrime portal's complaints and ensuring sure that they are handled promptly
Actively interact and cooperate with MHA and State Cyber Cell Officers, giving them performance updates on the Bank and working with law enforcement to make sure the Bank takes the necessary steps to lessen the threat of mule accounts.
Travel across the country to represent the Bank in Cybercrime based forums held by MHA or State Cyber cell teams
Lead a Team of 40 Team members (incl. members seated at State cyber cell)
Work with Transaction monitoring team and Fraud Analytics
Requirements
1) 8-10 Yrs. of Experience in Managing Large teams, out which at least 3-5 yrs. of experience in managing Cyber-crime Portal complaints as Team leader / Process manager
2) Experience in Audit preferred.
3) Graduation mandatory, Post-graduation preferred
4) Should be below the age of 40.
