Role: Brand Marketing & Growth Manager Experience: 5-10 years Tenure: Full Time Location: Sector 63, Noida Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) Salary: INR 50,000 – 100,000 per Month. Job Description: You’ll spearhead data-driven marketing strategies, manage paid advertising, conduct market research, and build public relations and collaboration efforts to maximize growth and visibility for both Handicrafts Home and Miss Lavish London. This role will ensure effective SEO, CRM, and strategic marketing execution to attract and retain customers RESPONSIBILITIES: Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, specifically targeting segmented audiences for each brand. Monitor and optimize ad performance regularly to maximize ROI, adjusting campaigns based on real-time data insights. Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effective ad spend across both brands. Data Analysis & Market Research: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance metrics across campaigns and platforms. Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for each brand’s growth strategy. Regularly generate reports on campaign performance, highlighting areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions. SEO Strategy & Execution: Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic visibility and drive targeted traffic for both brands. Conduct keyword research relevant to Handicrafts Home (e.g., handmade decor, sustainable home goods) and Miss Lavish London (e.g., sophisticated fashion, women’s clothing). Collaborate with content creators to ensure all web content aligns with SEO best practices and supports broader marketing goals. CRM & Customer Retention: Develop and implement CRM strategies to nurture relationships with existing customers and re-engage past customers. Design and execute email marketing campaigns, with segmentation based on customer behavior, preferences, and brand affinity. Monitor CRM metrics to assess customer lifetime value, retention rates, and churn, making adjustments to improve customer loyalty. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each brand’s target audience and unique value proposition. For Handicrafts Home : Focus on promoting artisan craftsmanship and handmade decor. For Miss Lavish London : Emphasize sophisticated fashion and women’s clothing. Develop short-term promotional campaigns and long-term brand positioning strategies. Public Relations & Collaboration: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, bloggers, and partners to boost brand visibility and credibility. Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand reputation, especially around product launches, sustainability efforts, or brand milestones. Identify and build collaborations with like-minded brands, influencers, or retailers to extend reach and build brand trust. Competitive Analysis & Brand Positioning: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats in the market. Position each brand distinctly in the market by leveraging USPs: Handicrafts Home for handcrafted home decor and Miss Lavish London for women fashion. Adapt strategies based on industry shifts and competitor behavior to maintain brand relevance and appeal. Customer Data Management & Reporting: Collect, organize, and interpret customer data to improve targeted marketing efforts. Generate regular reports on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention rates, offering insights to refine future marketing strategies. Ensure data privacy and compliance with regulations while managing and analyzing customer information. SKILLS REQUIRED: Paid Advertising Proficiency: Skilled in creating and managing ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Data Analysis & Research: Ability to interpret complex data and market research to derive insights and make strategic decisions. SEO & CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO best practices and CRM tools to improve customer journey and retention. Public Relations & Collaboration: Experience in building partnerships, managing media relations, and executing PR campaigns. Marketing Strategy: Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and experience in multi-channel strategies, especially for e-commerce brands. Master’s degree in marketing: Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Certifications: Google Ads Certification , Google Analytics Certification , Facebook Blueprint Certification. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot). 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising, SEO, and social media management. Experience managing multi-channel marketing strategies for e-commerce or consumer-facing brands is a plus. Proven experience in building brand presence and positioning, ideally for consumer products or lifestyle brands. Ability to develop and manage content strategy aligned with brand goals. Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience implementing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. Experience working with influencers, media, and external partners to increase brand exposure. Strong interpersonal skills for managing partnerships, media relations, and PR campaigns.
