By providing a space for the next generation of explorers to discover, create, and work together to achieve collective goals and pursue shared ambitions, Hack2skill provides fertile ground for networking and teamwork. We work on solving the world's greatest problems through a technology-driven community of entrepreneurs, students, and government. Hack2skill will be an educational experience for participants of all levels. We will have various workshops like Educational, Drone, health, bots, cyber security, etc. from which participants can learn entirely new skills or platforms, and many mentors who will be able to share their knowledge acquired with years of experience. Hack2skill provides a central platform for all generations of explorers to discover, build, and work together to solve the world's greatest problems through technology.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Formulate innovative and results-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee and manage the company's social media presence across various platforms.
  • Develop engaging and shareable content, including posts, images, and videos, to build a strong online community.

Content Creation:

  • Draft compelling and persuasive communication materials, including emails, presentation slides, and captions, to convey the brand message effectively.
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.

Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote products, services, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Collaboration and Networking:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all departments.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand development, marketing strategy, and social media management.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
