Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef-Continental at PYRAMID in Dehradun. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, assisting in menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet the company standards. Additionally, the Sous Chef will collaborate with the Head Chef and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications
Culinary skills such as food preparation, cooking, and plating
Experience in menu planning and kitchen management
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Team leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
