We are hiring for the role ofHead of Total Rewards / Manager – Total Rewards withone of Oman’s leading logistics and maritime companies.Location:Remote opportunityAbout the Role:We are seeking a driven and hands-onTotal Rewards professionalto take full ownership of the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function for one of the Oman’s leading logistics and maritime companies.Key Responsibilities:Takeend-to-end ownershipof the Total Rewards function, including:Job evaluation, grading, and role mapping.Market benchmarking and compensation structure design.Variable pay, incentive, and benefits program development.Annual salary review cycles and performance-based pay planning.Serve as theprimary internal point of contactfor all Total Rewards and compensation-related queries.Conduct regularmarket analysisto ensure competitiveness and alignment with business and budgetary goals.Partner with HR and leadership teams to drivepay equity, transparency, and governanceacross all levels.Develop and manage compensation policies and frameworks in compliance withlocal regulations and internal standards .Provide insights and reports to leadership for data-driven compensation decisions.Potential toexpand the scopeto group-level compensation and benefits programs based on performance.Candidate Profile:Experience i nTotal Rewards ,Compensation & Benefits , or related HR domains.Strong understanding ofcompensation and benefits frameworks .Demonstrated expertise injob grading, market benchmarking, salary structuring , andvariable pay design .Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Excel and HR systems; experience with compensation modeling tools preferred.Presentable, confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.Why Join:Opportunity toset up and lead the Total Rewards functionfrom inception in India.Be part of a fast-evolvinglogistics and maritime groupGain exposure toregional compensation frameworksand cross-border operations.Flexible andremote working optionsfor top-tier candidates.Potential toscale to a Group-level rolewith broader influence across multiple business entities.
