Key Role & Responsibilities:Lead – Total Rewards- Lead the design, development, and execution of compensation, benefits, and performance Management strategy, encompassing role evaluation, job architecture, performance management, and pay structures. - Build and implement reward solutions across Piramal's financial services businesses, including short- and long-term incentive plans (STI/LTI), fixed/variable pay structures, market benchmarking, and compensation analytics. - Ensure robust benchmarking and competitiveness of compensation structures by partnering with external consultants for surveys, market assessments, and compensation advisory. - Manage the end-to-end LTI / ESOP process, including program design, execution, and resolution of internal queries. - Manage the performance management process ensuring process standardization, and adherence to timelines for critical sub-processes such as goal-setting, mid year & end year reviews. - Develop and maintain competency models and oversee role analysis, evaluation, and job levelling for new positions, promotions, and organizational changes. - Oversee the design, governance, and administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring competitiveness and employee well-being.Qualification: MBA HRExperience: 10+ years of experience managing Total RewardsSkills & Competencies:- Experience in job analysis/evaluation, market pricing, C&B policies, year end annual review cycle - Exposure to managing senior level compensation, LTI plans, understanding of stock option plans. - Exposure to comp interventions like retention, guarantees, buy back - Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, CXOs
