Our educational tours connect students with communities, experts, and environments, creating lifelong memories and lessons that transcend the classroom.


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administration and Operations Executive to join our team in Nagpur. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative functions, coordinating operations for our experiential learning tours, and supporting the seamless execution of our programs.


Key Responsibilities -


Administrative Management:

  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping for operational processes.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.


Operations Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for edutours, including transportation, accommodation, and scheduling.
  • Liaise with your team members, facilitators, and vendors to ensure timely execution of tour plans.
  • Address operational issues promptly to maintain smooth program delivery.


Support Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain effective communication channels across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and program briefings as required.


Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and processes for all operational activities.
  • Generate and present operational reports to the management team.


Qualifications & Skills -


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or operations roles, preferably in the education or travel industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
