To ensure a sound Risk Management Framework is established and promulgated in the Company

Work in collaboration with cross functional units in ensuring risks are identified, assessed, measured, monitored and reported

Establish and Review of Risk and Control Self Assessment Framework (RCSA) across organisation, report the issues identified, track the action plan to ensure mitigation within agreed timelines

Review the Risk Control Matrices of each unit on a quarterly basis. Engage with internal auditors on driving risk based supervision, delegation of powers

Review and approve any change in operational processes from a risk standpoint

Prepare and present Heat map for risk areas and operational risk dashboards

Assess non credit financial risks such as Treasury, ALM, etc.

Monthly governance with all stakeholders on Open risk points and action plan

Responsible for Business Continuity Management(BCM) design and implementation across the organisation

Work on Data preventive data leakage by deployment of relevant security tools in collaboration with Technology team

Qualification & experience

~ MBA / CA

~4+ years of relevant experience. Prior experience in the BFSI space a must

Should be comfortable in a startup-environment: work hands-on on day-to-day problem solving, taking quick and effective actions to meet short-term priorities. Additionally, should also be comfortable with longer-term strategic thinking / planning

Full time and permanent

Based in Head Office in Mumbai (Godrej One, Vikhroli)
