Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, posting, and scheduling.
Monitor social media trends, platforms, and competitors to keep content fresh and innovative.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities to build brand loyalty.
Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posts.
Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to create integrated campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
Prepare reports and presentations on social media performance for senior management.
Manage paid social media campaigns and track ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.).
Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hoot suite, Buffer, Sprout Social ).
Basic designing skills are a plus.
Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to drive decision-making.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in teams.
Experience with paid social campaigns is a plus.
