Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media team and drive brand success across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and strategies.
The Social Media Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing a team of social media executives, graphic designers, and video editors, while also collaborating closely with other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and lead a team of social media executives, graphic designers, and video editors to execute social media strategies effectively.
⁠Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms, swiftly adapting strategies to capitalise on new opportunities.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of social media experts, nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with the Brand Solutions team to create compelling pitch decks and presentations for potential clients, showcasing our social media expertise and capabilities.
⁠Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to leverage influencer partnerships for optimal brand exposure and engagement.
Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity and image across all social media channels.
⁠Manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously, ensuring each brand receives personalized attention and tailored strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for brand clients, maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships.
Generate monthly social media reports for clients, analyzing key metrics and providing insights to inform future strategies.
Develop and maintain a content calendar, planning and scheduling engaging content to drive audience engagement and growth.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience managing social media teams and campaigns, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
⁠In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with clients.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
Experience in creating compelling pitch decks and presentations.
⁠Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.
