Job description We are looking for a result-oriented and extremely driven SENIOR SALES ADVISOR to lead high-value sales at our flagship store at Hyderabad location . The individual should have 3+ years of sales experience at a luxury brand dealing with HNIs on premium products and managing a team.
The job entails managing lead generation, client relationships and managing current sales staff apart from personally driving high value sales. The ideal candidate should be/have:
• Graduate/ Post Graduate with 3+ years of sales experience with a jewellery brand or a luxury brand .
• Strong proven track road of achieving/ exceeding business targets.
• Strong experience with consultative sales, upselling and the ability to prospect and manage HNI relationships.
• Ability to be a strong networker and relationship builder.
• Highly goal driven and ability to work well in a high-growth organisation.
• Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Great sense of fashion and personal style.
