Job SummaryThe Social Media Executive will support the development and execution of the digital engagement strategy across websites, social media platforms, and mobile channels for all brands under the Company. This role is integral to the marketing team and will focus on positioning the Company as an engaging brand through creative storytelling, content creation, and impactful customer interaction.

Role & ResponsibilitiesLead insights into

content marketing strategies

to produce, edit and distribute original content, articles, feature stories and special content to grow audiences, awareness, and engagement metrics/conversion across multiple platformsContribute to marketing calendar keeping content refreshed, accurate and up-to-date; work closely with sales and management to develop, ideas for articles on relevant topics, showcasing specific/seasonal themes and eventsDrive research and awareness of hot/effective

social media campaigns

to continually evolve channel strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Google My businessDevelop and present recommendations for increasing

ratings and review traffic

through third parties (e.g., Trip Advisor, Google, etc.)Lead insights into digital trends across all areas of multicultural communities and social platformsPosition requires performing other duties and special assignments not specifically statedListen on

social channels to identify issues

in the social sphere and either solve the problem directly or escalate to appropriate management.Write, proofread and edit

advertising/social media content materials and other forms of communication published on social media platformsEnsure

brand and business message integration

is clearly articulated in all aspects of sponsorship including branding

Qualification & Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience managing online communities and digital platforms for brands.Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of online community platforms (forums, blogs, social media, etc.) and how they can be leveraged for brand engagement.

Skills

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.Practical knowledge of creative software and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).Ability to manage multiple tasks, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
