Performance Marketing Executive – Meta & Google AdsExperience: 2–3 yearsLocation: GURGAONKey Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).- Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to improve campaign efficiency.- Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing page briefs aligned with brand objectives.- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and performance reports.- Analyze and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and GA4.- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new ad formats across platforms.- Suggest strategies for funnel optimization and retargeting to increase conversions.- Track competitor activities and benchmark best practices.Required Skills & Competencies- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with data interpretation and reporting.- Understanding of e-commerce funnels, pixel tracking, and conversion attribution.- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis.- Basic knowledge of SEO and marketing automation tools is an advantage.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creative mindset with an eye for effective ad design and copy.- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred.- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Ads, or performance-based D2C marketing is a plus.- Prior experience in nutrition, wellness, FMCG, or consumer brands will be advantageous.
