Direct line of sight to the VP of Alliances and the CEO; Craft the 3-year AWS alliance roadmap tied to ambitious ARR targets. Publish “Futurify with AWS” plays for India. Launch a lighthouse Sagmaker solution within 90 days; embed agentic loops into client workflows. Scale the Ecosystem – Relationships & Governance Run QBRs, secure MDF, and manage Partner Advantage tiers & competencies. Forge C-level trust across AWS field teams; Measure & Iterate – Performance & Ethics Ensure every joint offer meets zero-trust, data sovereignty, and ethical-AI standards. _____________________________________________Our solvers co-innovate with clients to futurify operations and make processes smarter, faster & better. Commercial & Negotiation Acumen: Closes complex multi-year cloud/AI deals; Hands-on with AWS stacks and agentic-AI patterns; Spots whitespace, designs new plays, and pivots fast with data. Operational Rigor: Builds repeatable governance, dashboards, and enablement programs that scale. CSP Ecosystem Native – Navigates AWS Partner Network, Marketplace, and co-sell motions blindfolded. Distributed-Data Fluent - Designs Redshift pipelines and Sagemaker models that surface real-time value. Security & Compliance Guardian – Embeds sovereignty and zero-trust patterns from day one. Multi-Cloud Pragmatist – Fluent in GCP/Azure to position Searce as client-centric, not vendor-locked. Data-Driven Deal-Maker – Uses telemetry to steer pipeline health and ROI.
