Scale the Ecosystem – Relationships & Governance Run QBRs, secure MDF, and manage Partner Advantage tiers & competencies. Operational Rigor: Builds repeatable governance, dashboards, and enablement programs that scale. CSP Ecosystem Native – Navigates AWS Partner Network, Marketplace, and co-sell motions blindfolded. Distributed-Data Fluent - Designs Redshift pipelines and Sagemaker models that surface real-time value. Security & Compliance Guardian – Embeds sovereignty and zero-trust patterns from day one. Multi-Cloud Pragmatist – Fluent in GCP/Azure to position Searce as client-centric, not vendor-locked. Data-Driven Deal-Maker – Uses telemetry to steer pipeline health and ROI.
