We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Engineering Leader to drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge web and mobile applications . This role requires a blend of technical expertise, functional knowledge, leadership skills, and product-oriented thinking , ensuring that engineering outcomes align with business objectives, user needs, and high-quality standards. The person will be responsible for leading our product engineering teams in delivering innovative, scalable, and high-quality web and mobile applications. Define and drive the strategic roadmap for web and mobile platforms aligned with organizational goals and market needs.
Ensure continuous innovation and adoption of best practices in product development and delivery.
Foster a collaborative culture that encourages knowledge sharing, accountability, and high performance.
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, development, testing, deployment, to ongoing maintenance and enhancement.
Implement robust processes to manage releases, quality assurance, and user feedback integration.
Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure and platform operations supporting all web and mobile products.
Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the Executive Director and board-level stakeholders.
Communicate complex technical and operational concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Lead risk management efforts and proactively address challenges impacting delivery or quality

Team Development & Talent Management

Build and nurture a high-performing leadership team and talent pipeline.
Champion professional growth, mentorship, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Conduct performance reviews, succession planning, and organizational development activities.

Proven experience (18+ years) managing large engineering teams (100+ employees) in a product-development environment.
Strong technical acumen in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architecture, DevOps, and modern mobile/web technologies.
Demonstrated success in scaling complex digital products and platforms with measurable business impact.
Deep understanding of product lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and operational best practices.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership.

Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations.
