Conducting Lab trial as well as online trials for new products
Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, marketing, sales departments for any new product launching.
Developing SOP / rules and ensuring their implementation
To provide regulatory inputs for regulatory compliance for all Products for domestic as well as export market.
To prepare scientific and technical background notes, on any issue related to ingredients, formulations, additives, as and when required.
Data mining and preparing crisp and science-based notes
To review claim support data and point out deficiencies of data for product claims to be written on Product.
B Tech / MSc / M Tech (Food Tech/ Food Science.)

Experience:
B Tech / MSc M Tech with 8 to 12 years
Experience in NPD / R & D of Frozen Foods, QSR, seasonings, breadcrumb manufacturer, Culinary industry
