Vobis Medical Recruitment was founded in 2015. We are a UK based specialist recruitment consultancy focused on bespoke solutions for the healthcare sector.

We provide fixed-term and substantive doctors across a wide range of specialties. We specifically focus on hard-to-fill posts for the NHS (National Health Service). Particularly Specialty Doctor/Middle-Grade posts in Emergency Medicine, Anaesthetics, Paediatrics and General Medicine.

**Post: Junior Resourcer for Ireland**
- Primary duties of a Junior Resourcer are to identify, screen and guide clinicians throughout the process of transition to Ireland.
- Managing and maintaining social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook to search for relevant doctors with the necessary qualifications who would be interested to work in Ireland.
- Foster long term relationships with clinicians through daily calls and using our internal resources.
- Interacting with London office frequently to cater to their specific requirements.
- Learning the key terminology requirements, skills that are necessary for the roles.
- Understanding the legislation in the market that we operate in.

**Skills required**:

- Great interpersonal and communication skills, able to speak English fluently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Should possess empathy, listening skills, patience and able to understand the doctor’s queries.
- Should have ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Experience within a fast-paced office environment.
- Develop content for social media. Experience of using social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
- Computer literate with intermediate level knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Attention to detail and ability to absorb and understand any information supplied.
- Have good analytical/assessment skills.
- A structured and organised approach to fulfilling work commitments.

**You will be taught (Training)**:

- How to operate and maintain our current CRM system.
- Understanding clients' needs
- Research and gather information for opportunities to support additional sales

**Requirements**:

- Any bachelors or post-graduate degree.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in headhunting, HR, resourcing, BPO, KPO.
- Should have proven track record of achieving set KPIs and taking an initiative to increase their KRAs.
- Any experience working in overseas recruitment will be highly appreciated.
- Experience with CRM software preferred.

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm.
- Weekends are non-working days.
- Full time post based in our Mumbai office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
