Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:


  • Research, ideate, and execute strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Prepare structured presentations, reports, and project documentation .
  • Work with cross-functional teams to track deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure alignment on key initiatives.


Minimum Work Experience Required:


  • 2–3 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar execution-focused role.
  • Strong experience in creating presentations and reports for leadership.
  • Exposure to fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring multitasking and ownership.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva / Google Slides for impactful presentations.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Expected to Do:


  • Work closely with the CEO on strategic projects and initiatives .
  • Conduct research, compile data, and generate insights to support decision-making.
  • Draft, update, and maintain presentations, reports, and structured documentation .
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring clear accountability across teams.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and new initiatives , driving them to execution.
