Business Development :Explore and create business opportunities.Ensuring timely submission of technical & financial bids.Ensuring bid-to-win ratio as per internal plan. Team Management:Mentor junior project managers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture. Stakeholder Communication:Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials, contractors, and local communities.Desired Candidate Requirements:Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B. E.) in Electrical EngineeringExperience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically in rural electrification or power distribution.Overseas experience is preferable.Strong expertise in rural electrification, power distribution, and project execution.Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale electrical infrastructure projects internationally or in challenging environments.Travel/Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Benin and travel to any location for site visit and coordination.
