- Research, ideate, and execute strategies aligned with business priorities.

- Prepare structured presentations, reports, and project documentation.

- Work with cross-functional teams to track deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure alignment on key initiatives.

Minimum Work Experience Required:

- 23 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar execution-focused role.

- Strong experience in creating presentations and reports for leadership.

- Exposure to fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring multitasking and ownership.

Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Canva / Google Slides for impactful presentations.

- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

- High attention to detail, ownership, and professionalism.

- A problem-solving mindset with openness to take on varied responsibilities including research, documentation, and project execution.

What Youll Be Expected to Do:

- Work closely with the CEO on strategic projects and initiatives.

- Conduct research, compile data, and generate insights to support decision-making.

- Draft, update, and maintain presentations, reports, and structured documentation.

- Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring clear accountability across teams.

- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and new initiatives, driving them to execution.
