Job Responsibilities:
- Support clients in delivering change management interventions that enable the adoption of technology and digital transformation programs.
- Act as an effective change management consultant, contributing to large-scale transformation projects as either a sole change practitioner or a leader of the change team.
- Execute all stages of the change management lifecycle, including:
- Change Strategy
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Change Impact Assessment
- Business Readiness Planning
- Training and Enablement
- Collaborate with and motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members to foster momentum and cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Develop thought leadership and drive market points of view, contributing to business development activities such as RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development.
- Engage in practice-building activities, including knowledge management and training, to enhance organizational capability in change management.
- Lead client workshops, facilitate discussions, and deliver impactful communications to senior stakeholders.
- Participate in activities like AI literacy programs, consolidating AI capabilities, and coordinating enablement sessions for user personas.
- Assist clients in adapting to the EU AI Act by integrating Responsible AI (RAI) practices and tools at the enterprise level.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing change management solutions across multiple technology-enabled programs.
- Expertise in one or more change management areas:
- Change Strategy
- Communication Management
- Business Readiness
- Organizational Design
- Training and Enablement
- Key Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience driving adoption of technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methods, Organizational Change Management (OCM) approaches, and deliverables.
- Understanding of the EU AI Act, Responsible AI (RAI) practices, and enterprise-level AI enablement.
- Experience consolidating AI capabilities, supporting material, and tooling into a single framework.
- Strong global communication skills and experience working in a Global Delivery Model (GDM) —preferably in Western Europe or North America.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage client and team relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering high-impact communications to senior stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Strong consulting background with exposure to change management in consulting firms.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, Generative AI (Gen AI), and RAI enablement in organizations.
- Experience organizing and coordinating activities such as Gen AI days, AI champion huddles, and RAI learning sessions.
- Enthusiasm for engaging in Viva Engage posts and fostering AI literacy programs.
Domain Expertise:
- Organization Change Management (OCM) —profiles with experience in managing organizational change are preferred.
- Exclusions: ITIL and Business Transformation profiles are not suitable for this role.
