Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Change Management Consultant at Brightpoint Infotech. The Consultant will be responsible for leading change management initiatives, conducting business transformation activities, providing management consulting services, and offering strategic consulting and advisory support.
Qualifications
- Must have been involved with Change Management activities for an ERP implementation
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Must be available to work evening/night shift from 6pm IST - 3am IST
- Analytical Skills and Business Transformation capabilities
- Management Consulting and Consulting experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement change management strategies
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness assessments
- Proven track record in driving organizational culture change
- Project management skills and certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
