As a  Senior Motion Graphic Designer , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality visual content for our clients at Twelve. Your expertise in motion graphics and video production will be essential in elevating both client content and internal brand projects.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand project briefs and translate them into compelling visual storiesDesign static and animated graphics for social media, digital platforms, banners, and interfaces using Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopDevelop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts for motion graphics projectsAnimate graphics and typography using Adobe After EffectsEdit and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere ProContribute creative ideas and participate actively in brainstorming sessionsCollaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and meet project goalsConstructively apply feedback to refine and enhance deliverablesMaintain well-organised project files and meet tight deadlinesQualifications4–5 years of experience in the creative/design/video fieldDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Communication DesignProficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere ProStrong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressureDemonstrated ability to produce consistent, creative, and eye-catching designsProactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentWilling to commit to an on-site role for a minimum of 2 years
