As a Senior Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality visual content for our clients at Twelve. Your expertise in motion graphics and video production will be essential in elevating both client content and internal brand projects.Responsibilities- Understand project briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories- Design static and animated graphics for social media, digital platforms, banners, and interfaces using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop- Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts for motion graphics projects- Animate graphics and typography using Adobe After Effects- Edit and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere Pro- Contribute creative ideas and participate actively in brainstorming sessions- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and meet project goals- Constructively apply feedback to refine and enhance deliverables- Maintain well-organised project files and meet tight deadlinesQualifications- 4–5 years of experience in the creative/design/video field- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Communication Design- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure- Demonstrated ability to produce consistent, creative, and eye-catching designs- Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Willing to commit to an on-site role for a minimum of 2 years
