About Manifest
Manifest AI is a recently launched product by BIK. It is a GPT-3.5-powered smart shopping assistant that enhances the customer experience with personalized customer support on the Shopify store. This AI Chatbot helps visitors overcome their shopping problems with product discovery, recommendations, and overall purchase assistance. With automated AI training, customers can enjoy quick assistance, lower bounce rates, fewer abandoned carts, and higher conversion rates.

the end-to-end product experience for particular verticals
Uncover users' pain points and goals, translate them to clear product objectives and design intuitive solutions for solving them.
Work with and align diverse stakeholders like product managers, developers, business and marketing to achieve product goals.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience designing digital products
A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design work is a must.
Thorough understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process, including persona identification, wireframing, prototyping, user research.
Solid interaction design and visual design skills are a must.
Knowledge and enthusiasm about other related but not day-to-day work areas like prototyping, illustrations, typography etc. is a welcome bonus.
