Job Title Sales Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager / Chief Manager – Sales & Marketing Location KW Delhi 6: Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad KW Blue Pearl: Karol Bagh, DB Gupta Road, Near Faiz Chowk, New Delhi (Jhandewalan Temple Metro) Employment Type Full-time Salary ₹3LPA – ₹9LPA (depending on experience and role level) About the Role We are looking for motivated professionals across different levels to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves building client relationships, generating sales opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential customers. Convert client inquiries into sales opportunities. Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations. Negotiate and close sales transactions. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies. Maintain accurate sales reports and client records. Build and maintain broker and channel partner networks. Explore nearby markets for business development. Requirements Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1 to 10 years of sales experience (real estate or related industries preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office. Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented. Preferred Background Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Automobiles, or Wealth Management will be considered favorably.
