We are looking for an experiencedPeopleSoft Technical Consultantspecializing in theFinance module . The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise inSQL, PeopleQuery, Finance tables/records , anddata conversion . You will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions, performing data migration and conversion activities, and supporting financial reporting and integration requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and enhancePeopleSoft Finance applicationsto meet business and compliance needs.Design and executedata conversion strategies(extraction, transformation, and loading) for Finance modules.Create and optimizeSQL queries, PeopleQuery reports, and SQRsfor Finance data validation and reporting.Work extensively withFinance module tables and records(e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Purchasing, Expenses).Develop technical components such asApplication Engine programs, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and BI Publisher reports .Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Supportsystem integration and interface developmentbetween PeopleSoft and external systems.Conductunit testing, data reconciliation, and defect resolutionduring conversions and upgrades.Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Finance applications.Prepare and maintaintechnical documentationand follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.5+ years of technical experiencewith PeopleSoft Finance modules.Strong expertise inSQLandPeopleQuery .In-depth knowledge ofFinance tables and recordsacross GL, AP, AR, AM, PO, and Expenses.Proven hands-on experience indata conversion and migration(ETL, data mapping, transformation).Proficiency inPeopleTools(Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, Component Interface, Integration Broker, BI Publisher).Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
