Position Title: Senior PeopleSoft Developer

Location: India REMOTE (US working hours)

Type: Contract – 6 Months (with possible 6-month extensions)

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior PeopleSoft Developers to join customer-led projects. The developers will be responsible for designing, customizing, upgrading, and supporting PeopleSoft applications. Candidates will work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications (Finance, HCM, Campus Solutions, or other modules).
  • Build technical solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and App Packages.
  • Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and develop enhancements as per requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
  • Troubleshoot performance and functional issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Adhere to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in PeopleSoft development.
  • Strong expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and App Packages.
  • Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL with experience on Oracle/SQL Server databases.
  • Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and customizations.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Fluid UI, WorkCenters, and Pivot Grids.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft on Cloud (OCI) environments.
  • Exposure to integrations with third-party systems.
  • Oracle or PeopleSoft certifications are a plus.
