Position Title: Senior PeopleSoft Developer

Location: India REMOTE (US working hours)

Type: Contract 6 Months (with possible 6-month extensions)

Openings: 4

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior PeopleSoft Developers to join customer-led projects. The developers will be responsible for designing, customizing, upgrading, and supporting PeopleSoft applications. Candidates will work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications (Finance, HCM, Campus Solutions, or other modules).
- Build technical solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and App Packages.
- Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and develop enhancements as per requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Troubleshoot performance and functional issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Adhere to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 610 years of experience in PeopleSoft development.
- Strong expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and App Packages.
- Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL with experience on Oracle/SQL Server databases.
- Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and customizations.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Fluid UI, WorkCenters, and Pivot Grids.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft on Cloud (OCI) environments.
- Exposure to integrations with third-party systems.
- Oracle or PeopleSoft certifications are a plus.

Engagement Details

- Duration: 6 months (extendable in 6-month increments).
- Location: India-based REMOTE
- Team: Will be part of customer-led initiatives with cross-functional teams.
