Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing client accounts within an
advertising agency. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients,
understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their
business goals, challenges, and needs. Act as the main point of contact for client
communications and project updates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to
provide proactive recommendations to clients.
• Oversee budget planning and ensure all campaigns are delivered within agreed-upon
budgets. Manage client invoicing and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, including campaign proposals,
progress reports, and post-campaign analyses.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide
insights to clients for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to ensure
seamless execution of campaigns. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategic teams to develop innovative marketing
strategies and campaign plans that align with client objectives.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager in an advertising agency or similar
role.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups,
including account management, creative, and production teams in a fast-paced
environment.
• Sound thinker with solid strategic skills someone with the ability to decipher end market
intelligence, numbers, etc. to derive insights / creative triggers for creative excellence.
• A person who looks beyond just the project management side of things and is able to
develop and drive the business and take it further. The person must be apt enough to
identify areas of opportunity to drive organic growth for the brand.
• Sound skills in all areas of financials (budget reconciliations, timesheet/man-hours
analysis, forecasting, etc.
