Position: Centre Head – Clinics (Females Only) Location: Operations – Clinics Experience: 6–10 years (at least 3 years in a leadership role) Compensation: The Clinic Centre Head is accountable for the overall performance of the clinic – owning revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence. Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team (Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, Counselors). Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals. Customer Experience Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience. Implement loyalty and referral programs. Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership. Build local tie-ups (RWAs, corporates, gyms, wellness camps) for footfall generation. Graduate / MBA preferred. ~6–10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services . ~
