Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Manager at Galleria di Lux. The manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage programs, and ensure seamless business processes. Responsibilities include strategic planning, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing financial, sales & marketing aspects of the business.

A few more dedicated responsibilities are -

1) Managing Employees

a) Hire, Manage in line in coordination with the Management at Galleria di Lux

b) Motivate, Coach, Train For Excellent Customer Service

c) Review regular Reporting of employees

2) Showroom Operations

a) Ensure compliance with all company and showroom policies and procedures

b) Maintain a clean and attractive showroom appearance that will enhance sales

c) In cooperation with the Galleria Management, merchandise showroom to optimize

the “Galleria” look and feel

3) Customer Relationship Management

a) Continuously work on building and enhancing customer service and customer acquisition

b) Identify and create new customer target personas and work towards acquiring them

c) Maintain and enhance strong relations with existing customers

4) E-commerce & Sales and Marketing

a) E-commerce Management, sales execution and strategizing marketing initiatives

b) Social Media Management and Handling for growth and enhancement

c) Digital Marketing Management for backend and frontend (organic, SEO, Paid Ads, etc.,)

d) Create and manage marketing events and promotions for building the “Galleria di

Lux” brand in line and direction with the GDL Management

e) Work closely with digital marketing team and management in creating and

executing marketing strategies

f) Enhance In-store Sales experience and management

g) Build Franchises

5) Inventory Management

a) Routine Management of inventory and warehousing

b) Timely coordination with inventory management team for ensuring smooth sales cycle and maintaining inventory levels

c) Warehouse Management and cleaning and maintaining the products and premises of the warehouse

6) Shipping, Deliveries and other General Operations

a) Ensure regular tracking of daily delivery operations with our delivery partners

b) Liaison with the Import/Export team for shipping and supplies

c) Liason with the warehouse, store owners and coordinate with the partner agencies

7) Communication & Reporting

a) Routinely communicate store status including: sales, returns, issues, aging, inventory opportunities, etc to the owner and request assistance needed from the owner

b) Prepare and maintain the finance and cash register of the showroom and report daily to the owner with its update and as instructed by the Galleria management.

c) Prepare timely monthly reporting in accordance with company requirements

d) Ensure accurate showroom inventory, sales reports

Education

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in the Retail sector in a managerial position
  • Luxury Experience is a plus
  • Strong Customer Service track record
